2. What data we collect

When you fill in a contact form or quote request on our website, we collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Information about the service requested and location (when provided)

We do not collect payment data, sensitive data or data from minors.

3. How we use your data

The data collected is used exclusively for:

  • Responding to your quote request or information inquiry
  • Scheduling free technical surveys
  • Sending the requested commercial proposal

We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing nor do we share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis for processing

Processing of your data is based on your express consent when submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) and the legitimate interest in responding to a contact request you have directed to us (Article 6(1)(f)).

5. Sharing data with third parties

Form submissions are processed through the Web3Forms service (web3forms.com), which forwards the data to our email. Web3Forms acts as a data processor and does not use your data for its own purposes. We do not share your data with any other third party.

6. Data retention period

Your data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to your request and, if you proceed to an installation contract, for the period legally required for tax and warranty documentation (maximum 10 years). If there is no commercial relationship, the data is deleted after 12 months.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access — know what data we hold about you
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data
  • Restriction — restrict processing in certain circumstances
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured format
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (PDPA) at cnpd.pt.

8. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. There is no behavioural advertising or data sharing with social networks.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of last update indicated above.
